U.S. Rep. Blake Moore has won the Republican primary for the 1st District U.S. House seat, AP says, while Rep. Maloy narrowly led in voting in the 2nd District race.
<p>SALT LAKE CITY — U.S. Rep. Blake Moore has won the Republican primary in the race for the 1st District U.S.
 That's a 72.6% to 27.4% split and it was enough for AP to declare Moore the winner.
