Taylor Manziel, the assistant executive director of the facility, confirmed to the outlet that Rep. Granger lives there, according to a video published in the report. The outlet said it received a tip from one of Rep.
Granger’s constituents, who shared the lawmaker was residing in the facility “for some time” after she was found “wandering lost and confused” in a Fort Worth neighborhood. The outlet noted it visited Rep. Granger’s office and found the door locked with the glass covered. The employees said the congresswoman’s team “packed up” and closed the office before Thanksgiving, according to the outlet. “Her office appears to be closed for good (she is retiring at the end of the session) with phone calls going unanswered and voice mails not returned,” the report reads. Rep. Granger’s office did not return a request for comment from The National News Desk on Monday. Rep. Granger, who did not run for reelection this year, has not voted on any measures from the House floor since July. A lack of representation for Rep.
