A lawmaker has assured that the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers program under the Department of Labor and Employment will continue to assist Mindanaoan families in these difficult times.
He said over 3,000 identified beneficiaries from Davao City’s first district have received their TUPAD payout. Displaced, disadvantaged workers, unemployed, and senior citizens were given opportunities by the government in various community improvement projects, including tree planting, gardening, canal declogging, and refurbishment of tourist attractions.
