'Mangsa diserang oleh seekor gajah semasa bersama ahli keluarganya berada dalam kawasan kebun durian di Kampung Tual.
LIPIS: Hasrat seorang remaja Orang Asli untuk mencari durian berakhir dengan tragedi selepas maut diserang gajah liar dalam kejadian di Kampung Tual, Pos Sinderut di sini.Ketua Polis Daerah, Superitenden Azli Mohd. Noor berkata, pihaknya menerima maklumat pada pukul 4.30 petang daripada Tok Batin Kampung Tual yang menyatakan terdapat kematian seorang lelaki di kampung tersebut kerana diserang gajah.
“Serangan gajah liar dipercayai bermula dari Kampung Regang yang menyebabkan haiwan tersebut dihalau oleh orang kampung,” katanya dalam kenyataan di sini hari ini.
