Spiritual Unity Movement holds its Full Moon and World Healing Meditation Ceremony on Oct. 17 at Center for Spiritual Living on Chatsworth Street in Granada Hills. Unitarian Universalist Church of the Verdugo Hills hosts the event that raises funds for the nonprofit homeless services agency and emergency shelter in Glendale, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. , 4390 Colfax Ave. 818-763-8218.
