Progress is surrounding the Red Oak property in the form of construction. New roads are being paved to make way for new businesses.Lohmann says he is planning to move the Reindeer Manor Halloween Park to a new location next year. "It's a total escape," Lohmann said, explaining why people like haunted houses."They get to immerse themselves into something else, and there's that little adrenaline rush that you get. People like that element of danger, while knowing they're safe."is open Halloween night from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The last run is Saturday, November 5 from 8:00 p.m. to midnight.
