“Depende na rin ‘yan sa executive kung meron pa silang gustong ibigay, but this is really their prerogative in consultation with the DBM [Department of Budget and Management],” she said in Dano Tingcungco's report on GMA’s “24 Oras Weekend” on Sunday. There are some 400,000 job order and COS employees under the local government units , and some 200,000 employees under other agencies.
