A realty firm facilitated leases for a large pool company and another company at two industrial sites in Morris County.

Resource Realty negotiated a 4,000-square-foot lease renewal at 50 Williams Parkway in East Hanover, where the team represented the landlord exclusively.Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey has closed two industrial leasing deals in Morris County which offered clients mid-sized space.

The firm facilitated a 4,800-square-foot lease for Anthony & Sylvan Pools at 385 Franklin Road in Rockaway, according to a Feb. 4 statement from the realty firm.
