La supervisora del Condado, Nora Vargas, en colaboración con el Banco de Alimentos de San Diego, regalará un total de 1000 pavos esta semana para familias de escasos recursos. Para ello habrá dos eventos para los cuales, se recomienda registrarse con anterioridad.
En cada uno de ellos, se brindarán servicios de vacunación contra la gripe e información sobre recursos como CalFresh y Medi-Cal, se dijo en un comunicado. La iniciativa se realiza a unas semanas del Día de Acción de Gracias. Miércoles 8 de noviembre: 6 pm a 8 pm: Lincoln Acres County Park, 2717 Granger Ave, National City, CA 91950.
