They are great as snacks, especially when hosting or during a tea time break.have you grabbing for more than one. Grab your food processor to make the mixing of the butter and sugar process easier.
Mix until well combined and all the flour has been incorporated. The mixture should come together into a dense ball. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. This will prevent the cookies from sticking to the trays.Place the baking trays in the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cookies are done.Melt the chocolate in the microwave and use it to sandwich the cookies together.
