Recall Map Shows States With Product Warnings for Walmart, Target, More

Nearly 30 confectionary products have been pulled from shelves in 17 states.

More than two dozen confectionary products have been recalled over fears they may be contaminated with salmonella.The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced the recall of Palmer Candy Company's 'White Coated Confectionary Items' on May 6 because 'they have the potential to be contaminated with salmonella.' According to the recall, Palmer Candy was notified about the risk by the supplier of the liquid coating used for the white-coated sweets.
