7News' D.C. Reporter Phylicia Ashley caught up with travelers who were sheltering at a nearby CVS with their suitcases. One man said he witnessed the crash."Yeah, I've seen it when I was at the old place over there," said a man named Moody. "I've seen it when it happened, but I didn't think it was going to affect all this. I didn't know what was going on essentially.""It was just a quick flash," said Moody.
