The Lansdale tasting room, at 34 Susquehanna Ave., is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. It welcomes groups of six for wine tasting – no reservation necessary. Indoor seating is available for those who would like to enjoy a glass or share a bottle. Cheese, crackers, charcuterie, and tapenade are available as accompaniments.
He sold the name and the wines to his longtime friend Carl Helrich, who bought along with wife Kris Miller bought Allegro Winery in Brogue, York County, in 2001. Since then, in southern York County where Naylor Wine Cellars used to operate in addition to starting a higher-end lines of wines at Allegro called Cadenza.
