The roads are of such poor quality in Pennsylvania anymore, that I surely see few people speeding, so where exactly is this speeding happening? I am afraid of my car falling apart, the roads are so bad. The state could be making driving safer with proper road maintenance. Then you are not swerving around potholes into oncoming traffic, slamming the brakes, sustaining car damage, etc.
