Calon BN, M Ramasamy mencabar kemenangan R Yuneswaran daripada PH di Parlimen Segamat pada PRU15 November lalu.

Panel tiga hakim diketuai Zabariah Mohd Yusof membenarkan permohonan penangguhan oleh peguam Sarah Maalini Abishegam yang memberitahu mahkamah, Shafee mengalami vertigo serta migrain teruk dan kini bercuti sakit. Terdahulu, menerusi prosiding dalam talian hari ini, Sarah memberitahu mahkamah, Shafee yang merupakan peguam utama kes itu dinasihatkan mengurangkan pergerakan bagi mengelakkannya terjatuh.

Pada PRU15 November lalu, calon Pakatan Harapan, Yuneswaran memenangi kerusi itu dengan majoriti 5,669 undi dan diisytiharkan Ahli Parlimen kawasan itu mengalahkan Ramasamy dari BN, P Poobalan daripada Perikatan Nasional dan Syed Hairoul Faizey daripada Pejuang.
