IPOH: A total of three million vehicles are expected to enter Perak during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri week, says the state Road Transport Department (JPJ).
Its director Mohammad Yusoff Abustan said the peak period for the upcoming Hari Raya would be from Friday to Sunday .
“To ensure a smooth and safer journey for all road users in Perak, we have assigned nearly 160 officers and personnel on duty during the peak days,” he told reporters after attending the state’s safety road campaign here on Tuesday .
