The Dallas investor is adding to his holdings on the southwest side of downtown near the city’s convention center.
A property investor who’s already made a big bet on downtown Dallas is upping his ante.
“It’s about 75% leased primarily to a bunch of law firms,” he said."I’ve been working on this deal for months. I’m buying it because I love the building.”
