last week, according to property records. It’s unclear, however, what the total price was for the entire 150-acre estate, which was listed by Howard Hanna at $15 million. Sometimes partnerships and busineses, for example, are sold without a change in the property record, rather than a sale of the property itself.
Howard Hanna listing agent Adam Kaufman said Tuesday he was prevented from disclosing the price but said, “I think it is the most expensive sale in the state of Ohio, ever.”It was listed after Wolstein died in May.“Ravencrest is a magnificent estate, a true gem in Hunting Valley,” Kaufman told cleveland.com after the house went on the market. “This home is made for both entertaining and everyday living with plenty of space and fabulous views. ...
