LONDON, March 22 — Prospective Manchester United owner Jim Ratcliffe says he will not pay a “stupid” price for the Premier League giants, with more bidders expected to enter the race to take over at Old Trafford.
But in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, the 70-year-old Ratcliffe said he would not pay over the odds for the 20-time English champions.
