He's not 25 until next March, he's an England international of 23 caps and he's an exciting, front-foot attacking player of immense talent.
Getting back to the sharp end of the Champions League should be among Ratcliffe's top priorities. Two quarter-final appearances in 10 years is not the return of a true European powerhouse.
