A rare orange lobster was returned to its home in the ocean this week after the animal was spotted in the seafood section of a Stop & Shop in Southampton, N.Y.

Humane Long Island also said in its social media post that Clementine had been nicknamed Pinky by the manager’s young daughter and was fed shrimp by management at the establishment.The Stop & Shop store, Humane Long Island said, reportedly reached out to a nearby aquarium to rehome the animal, though the organization said they declined.alerted them about the unusual creature.
According to Humane Long Island, the chances of finding an orange lobster are "one in 30 million." They added that the chances of a lobster being returned to its natural habitat are even rarer.
