An insider tells us Leviss and Sandoval’s romance “began last summer” and that the former beauty queen “has slept over Tom and Ariana’s house when Ariana’s been out of town.” Their “Vanderpump Rules” co-star James Kennedy corroborated the information in an Instagram direct messageThe 31-year-old DJ, who was previously engaged to Leviss, claimed the pair’s escapades at Sandoval and Madix’s shared Los Angeles home sometimes took place while “Ariana [was] sleeping.”
That means Leviss, 28, and Sandoval, 39, were several months into their dalliance when the SUR server made out with 40-year-old Schwartz — Katie Maloney’s ex-husband — at Scheana Shay and Brock Davies’ wedding in August 2022.
