La Cienega Boulevard.
Four people were struck by gunfire between the ages of 19 and 60, according to the LAPD, and two victims were transported to area hospitals by the Los Angeles Fire Department, while two others were taken via private vehicles.witnesses said they heard fighting outside of a restaurant near the Pacific Design Center, where Bieber had performed a concert earlier.
