RapidKL MyCity Pass Now Covers Bus Services For A Limited Time
Rapid KL recently began its “Thank You” campaign earlier this month, which will see several promotions from the public transport provider for the next few months. The most interesting promotion it has announced is the expansion of its MyCity rail passes, which will now allow commuters to use most of its bus services as well.
Normally limited to the company’s train services, those with a 1-Day or 3-Day MyCity pass will now be able to use it on buses as a value-added service throughout the promotion period. The campaign is valid for passes used between 15 January to 14 April — while it does include all Rapid KL and MRT feeder buses, you won’t be able to use the pass specifically forAdditionally, Rapid KL is running a buy one free one promotion for the MyCity pass, but it is only applicable for the 3-Day pass.
If you manage to get all this done, you must then go to their Customer Service Office in KL Sentral during the redemption period along with a printed copy of the letter voucher, the original receipt of the initial MyCity pass you bought, and a MyKad or MyTentera as only Malaysians are eligible for the pass. Redeeming the free 3-Day pass will also put you in the running for a lucky draw. That being said, it’s unclear at the time of writing what the prizes for the lucky draw are.
