Col. Cesar Paday-os, city police chief, said the suspect identified as Renato Sudario, 46, was arrested at about 1:00 p.m. along Balagtas St., Pasay City. Paday-os said the suspect was arrested after a warrant of arrest was issued against him on March 18 by Judge Albert Cansino, of Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 108 with no bail recommended.Southern Police District Director Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg said the arrest of Sudario is a result of perseverance of all police units under the southern Metro Manila to arrest all wanted persons.
Macaraeg said it is their mandate and duty to ensure that justice will be served to the victims of crimes.
