Rangers have been tipped to sign former Arsenal right-back Reuell Walters amid questions over the future of James Tavernier., former Gers full-back Alan Hutton insisted Walters fits the transfer model at Ibrox with Philippe Clement targeting younger options.
After the likes of Ryan Jack, Borna Barisic and John Lundstram were released upon the end of their contracts, the club are looking to move in a new direction with their recrutiment. Walters, 19, left Arsenal upon the expiry of his deal and is now available on a free transfer after failing to make a first-team appearance.
