Michael Beale insists he DOESN'T need assurances over his job at Rangers and is 'hugely confident' he can turn things around.
Beale has come in for some heavy criticism of late but he is adamant he is the man to turn things around and DOES NOT fear for his job safety. He said: "I speak to James Bisgrove every day. I speak to John Bennet and other members of the board at least two times a week as normal. On the Ibrox crowd reaction at full-time following the Celtic loss in Govan, he said: "They were sharing their frustration and it was heard loud and clear. I don't think there's much time for talking now. I think we need to make it up to them on the pitch with performances and results.
