This changes in 2023, at least in New Zealand, where Ford revealed the first Everest Wildtrak.next to the entry-level Trend, the mid-range Sport, and the luxurious Platinum. The new trim combines adventurous looks with plenty of standard equipment and is positioned right below the flagship Platinum.As with the Ranger, the Everest is now available in the Luxe Yellow shade, combined with Bolder Grey accents.
Inside there is ebony leather and Miko suede upholstery with contrasting Cyber Orange stitching and Wildtrak embroidery. The driver’s seat has 10-way power adjustments and also benefits from heating and cooling functions. The digital cockpit comprises an 8-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Android Auto / Apple CarPlay connectivity. Standard equipment also includes a 10-speaker audio system, wireless charging, and plenty of ADAS.
The Ford Everest Wildtrack is exclusively available with the turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine producing 247 hp and 600 Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to all four wheels through a 10-speed automatic gearbox and the electronically controlled full-time 4WD system.
