Patrick Mahomes is aiming for his third consecutive Super Bowl victory, and his mom, Randi Mahomes, will be there to witness it alongside his three young children. Randi revealed to Page Six at the 2025 NFL Honors on February 6th that she plans to be on 'grandma duty' during the game. The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, 29, shares three kids with his wife, Brittany Mahomes: Sterling, 3, Bronze, 2, and baby Golden, 3 weeks old.
Golden's first-ever football game will coincide with the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 9th. The Mahomes family will be cheering for the Chiefs from a 'really big' suite at New Orleans' Caesars Superdome, according to Randi. 'The most excited 'cause all three are gonna be there,' she gushed about the children. 'I may or may not watch the game, but I will be holding the grandbabies!' Randi shared that Patrick is eagerly anticipating the support of all three children. 'It's special for him,' Randi added. Both Sterling and Bronze are regular attendees at their dad's NFL games, including the divisional playoffs last month. 'These are moments I'll have with my family for the rest of my life,' Patrick told reporters in January. 'It's a growing family, but hope we are done growing for a little while. It's cool that I'm able to play in these big games and the Kansas City community has brought me in to be a part of their family.' Speaking at a pregame press conference earlier this week, Patrick mentioned his hope that the Chiefs could 'get a win' for her first game. 'I'm excited for her to be able to come,' the quarterback said on Tuesday, February 4th. 'It's always motivating whenever you have another baby. I mean, just because I want them to have the same experiences that the other two have.'Patrick, already a three-time Super Bowl champion with the Chiefs, will face off against Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts. This rematch of the 2023 championship game has major implications as a Chiefs victory would mark the first time an NFL team has won three consecutive Super Bowls. Randi, however, isn't dwelling on the potential record just yet. 'I'm really trying not to think as much on it. I just try to think about other things, and then when I get here, 'I'm like, 'Oh, my goodness,' ' Randi told Page Six. 'It's, like, I take it day to day. But when it gets down to this, it's, like, hour to hour.
