Rampasan perhiasan emas RM1.7 juta

Kota Kinabalu: Mahkamah Khas Rasuah pada Khamis diberitahu 597 keping barang kemas emas dengan berat keseluruhan 10.938 kilogram yang dirampas dalam kes rasuah bekas pengarah Jabatan Air Sabah dan dua lagi dianggarkan bernilai RM1,731,769.45.

Presiden Persatuan Perniagaan Emas Sabah Datuk Alexander Lo Su Hyen memberi keterangan di hadapan Hakim Abu Bakar Manat bahawa dia bersama Stephen Chang, yang merupakan penasihat persatuan itu, menjalankan sesi penilaian barang kemas emas, yang berada dalam lima kotak di Bank Negara Malaysia, Cawangan Sabah pada 1 Dis 2016.
