He said,"we have responded to the call of tougher bail conditions for perpetrators, in fact we want to move to a stage of when you touch a woman; no bail for you.when you kill a woman; life sentence for you." "Effective from this month no police bail for persons charged with rape even if the person was in a domestic relationship with the victim issue a protection order against them."
