Government of National Unity (GNU) has agreed to protect the Independent of institutions
Ramaphosa was replying to the joint debate on his Opening of Parliament Address on Monday. He touches on various issues, ranging from respecting the rule of law to accelerating development.
Ramaphosa says the GNU is determined to speed up efforts to ensure development and prosperity for the people. The era of the GNU must not become a fleeting convenience, he notes, whilst emphasising the importance of the 7th Parliament.
