JOHANNESBURG - ANC Elections Head Fikile Mbalula has attributed the party's win in the elections to President Ramaphosa. He earlier tweeted that the party would have received 40 percent of the vote if it weren't for Ramaphosa.Mbalula said previous party presidents were good, but Ramaphosa is a game changer for the party.
