The Rally Seeking Justice for Dawn Pasela is scheduled for Nov. 1 at Parma City Hall.
The Cuyahoga County Coroners’ Office determined the cause of death to be acute ethanol intoxication and alcoholic steatohepatitis.Organizing the rally is Cleveland Heights resident Tony Viola.“The government said I stole $46 million in the nation’s largest mortgage fraud case. I was in jail for 10 years and acquitted at a subsequent trial. Dawn Pasela worked for the prosecutors.”“Our investigative agencies should be accountable to the people,” Corral said.
Parma Safety Director Bob Coury said the manner of death was determined to be natural with no evidence of foul play. Regarding the upcoming rally, the safety director said, “It is a terrible shame that Viola, a convicted felon and twice-determined vexatious litigator, is using Dawn Pasela’s death for his own self-serving interests.
