Although the two LPAs may merge into one circulation, PAGASA said there is a low chance these may become a tropical cyclone in the next 24 to 48 hours. Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon or “amihan” may bring cloudy and rainy weather in the Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon.

The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy weather with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
