Due to the combined effects of the intertropical convergence zone and the low pressure area , most parts of the country will continue to experience a rainy weather, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration on Saturday, Nov. 19.
ITCZ is an area where winds from the northeast and southeast hemispheres converge. This weather system is particularly affecting Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region, northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, and the southern portion of Aurora. “Yung LPA na ating mino-monitor ay nasa loob pa rin ng Philippine area of Responsibility .
