Heavy rain, hail and damaging winds are possible late Tuesday in North Texas as storms are likely to intensify in the evening. Around 8 p.m. the main line of storms moved into National Weather Service reported. The area of most concern is south of the area, the weather service said. The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm watch for much of the region Tuesday afternoon, including Dallas, Collin, Kaufman, Rockwall and Tarrant counties. The watch expires at 10 p.m.
