Organiser Gavin Scott says they have also arranged a night market to provide something for the whole family.“We are expecting a lot of people regardless of the weather. I don’t think it’s going to deter anyone away. We certainly saw in the quarter final against France, I know a few of us after the game, including the ones standing next to me, we were all dancing and singing in the rain here at the top bar. So, it certainly won’t chase away a crowd.
