North Texas could experience scattered rain showers throughout this week, but the chance for severe weather is unlikely, according to forecasts from the National Weather Service.
The most widespread potential for showers throughout Dallas-Fort Worth is Wednesday, NWS Fort Worth meteorologist Patricia Sanchez said, with lower chances on other days throughout the week.While the chances for severe weather are low, a threat from lightning can’t be ruled out, Sanchez said. Temperatures should stay in the mid-to-low 80′s throughout the week. Monday there should be a high of about 79 and a low of 69.
