The Las Vegas Raiders are signing quarterback Desmond Ridder, a former third-round draft pick, off the Arizona Cardinals practice squad, according to multiple reports.
Paul Gutierrez joined NFL Nation in 2013 and serves as its Las Vegas Raiders reporter.
