Even as there was a"more the merrier" vibe for camp, a league source said."That's the upside," the source added,"more teams.
The Cowboys have been in Oxnard off and on since 2001, before the Rams and Chargers returned to the Los Angeles area, and were essentially grandfathered in with clearance for marketing and open practices.relocated from Oakland, they still had designs on holding training camp in Napa every offseason.
