PUTRAJAYA: Pakatan Harapan national election director Rafizi Ramli has taken the Opposition to task for its comments ahead of the six upcoming state elections.
He said Perikatan Nasional leaders should play the role of a responsible Opposition instead of speculating on the collapse of the unity government.
On why he had not responded much to the Opposition's political polemic over the last six months, he said:"As the government, we have a job to do – fix the economy and fix things."Likewise, the job of the Opposition is to play the part well. And how do you do that? "Let us go into the elections and focus on who can govern this country better. Governance of the country is about integrity, competency and about policy.
