With Rafael likely staying in the Gulf of Mexico, we keep our rain chances around 30 percent for this weekend. A front is likely to pass Sunday into Monday, bringing drier conditions for next Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures through midweek look to stay warm despite the frontal passage. Moisture will return to the area late Wednesday ahead of yet another front. Rain chances are still uncertain with this front, but we’re getting indications that a cooldown may follow the front at the end of next week.
