BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend in Dundee was dealt a blow after Thirty Seconds to Mars cancelled their performance due to “technical difficulties”.
Around 85,000 revellers are in attendance at Camperdown Park. A message confirming the tech issues was displayed on screens at either side of the main stage before a member of staff eventually emerged to confirm that their performance had been ditched, reports the Sun. “Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties Thirty Seconds To Mars won’t be able to perform at Radio 1’s Big Weekend today.”
