Jacinta Price has condemned accusations that those who oppose the Voice to Parliament are 'racist', as she unveils her first move as the newly appointed shadow Indigenous affairs minister.

The newly-appointed Opposition spokesperson for Indigenous affairs Jacinta Price has shared what her key focus will be inMs Price, in an exclusive Sky News Australia interview, said her first move as frontbencher will be to promote the Coalition's opposing stance to the upcoming Voice to Parliament referendum.

Shadow home affairs minister Karen Andrews also today announced she will step down and not run for re-election due to a"range of factors". “It just makes people making those accusations come across as Ludacris really, clutching at straws,” she said.“If they can’t debate the point, if they can’t promote this concept as something is going to benefit all of Australia, they can’t guarantee that it’s going to provide the outcomes they claim it’s going to, they don’t have a leg to stand on.

“But those that are the most marginalised in this nation are mostly nothing but Indigenous in this country and so they’re often, their voices, are those that are disregarded, drowned out.”
