While at first, the brief summary appears ordinary and cliche, many viewers soon found after tuning into 'The Good Bad Mother' that it is in fact, full of charm, as well as twists and turns.
The first episode of 'The Good Bad Mother', aired on April 26, recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 3.588%, and a citywide viewership rating of 4.166%, according to. The second episode then hit 4.3% nationwide and 4.8% citywide, successfully piquing viewers' interest. On May 3, the third episode of 'The Good Bad Mother' recorded a viewership rating of 5.7% nationwide and 6.4% citywide. Then, on May 4, the nationwide viewership rating jumped to 7.033%, while the citywide rating also jumped to 7.596%. With this, the nationwide viewership rating has officially doubled since its first episode, made possible in part thanks to the riveting performance of its cast.
