The Detroit Police Department is investigating bombshell allegations that the singer sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl in 2001.

Kelly also was arrested in Davenport, Fla., in 2002 when sheriff's officers searched his home and found photos of him "involved in sexual conduct with the female minor." Kelly was at the Cook County courthouse in Chicago for a hearing on the child pornography charges in December 2007. Kelly's trial was held in 2008.
