When I came onto the show and read the pilot, I was like, “Oh, Jordan’s your secret weapon here.” This is a character that I’ve never seen on any TV show, film, anything, and I really loved all that you can do. It’s not just sort of a trans allegory, because Jordan is not really trans in that they can actually switch between genders, but it’s close enough that you can get into some of those issues.
