LUCENA CITY – The municipal engineer of San Narciso, Quezon was shot and wounded by a lone gunman on Friday.

Mark Rivera, 29, officer-in-charge of the local government’s engineering office, was driving a motorcycle in Barangay Maguiting at around 5:30 p.m. when the gunman suddenly shot him with a caliber .45 pistol., theThe gunman fled after the shooting, leaving Rivera with a gunshot wound to the left forearm. He was taken to San Narciso Municipal Hospital for treatment.
