Getting out of the carriage on the way to the House of Lords took a 'long time' for Camilla and required 'a lot of help' as she appeared nervous and hesitant about using the steps in her heavy dress and long train. But Judi added that the way she passed her clutch bag down and manoeuvred her skirt suggested that she had been practising the ritual before the event
